The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) held a webinar in July 2021 to review HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) resources for people experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness available through the American Rescue Plan (ARP).
It was intended for:
Continuums of Care (CoCs);
HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) and other jurisdictions preparing to administer a HOME-ARP funding allocation;
Public Housing Authorities (PHAs);
Homeless services providers; and
Housing providers.
The guests included:
HUD’s Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS);
The Office of Affordable Housing Programs; and
The state of California.
