This document can be used to assess your community's progress in achieving an end to Veteran homelessness. The questions are based on the federal criteria and benchmarks for ending Veteran homelessness.

NOTE: This resource applies to Version 2 of the Criteria and Benchmarks for Ending Veteran Homelessness, released June 2015. An updated tool for Version 3 of the Criteria and Benchmarks, released February 2017, will be released soon.
