The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published guidance in September 2021 that explains how recipients can make changes to their annual Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and ESG-CARES Act (ESG-CV) activities and provides guidance about submitting Annual Action Plan amendments.
