Resources for COVID-19 Homeless System Response
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published guidance in July 2021 on how Continuums of Care (CoCs) can provide data necessary to analyze and understand how individuals and families are being referred for the Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHVs) through their coordinated entry system (CES), including the ability to report on the information by race, ethnicity, gender, age, and other intersecting identities to ensure an equitable approach to the distribution of the EHVs.
