HOME-ARP Webinar: Tenant-Based Rental Assistance, Supportive Services, and Non-Congregate Shelter

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides $5 billion through the HOME Program to the 651 State and local Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) that qualified for FY 2021 HOME funds. In collaboration with other community stakeholders, PJs can use the funding to make targeted, strategic investments in housing and other assistance for people experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations.

This webinar provided training to PJs and their partners on the HOME-ARP rules applicable to Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA), supportive services, and non-congregate shelter (NCS).

This webinar was part of a webinar series hosted by HUD's Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) to review Notice CPD-21-10 and discuss established requirements for the use of ARP funds to provide homelessness assistance and supportive services.
