The American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides $5 billion through the HOME-ARP program to HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs). In collaboration with other community stakeholders, HOME PJs can use the funding to make targeted, strategic investments in housing and other assistance for people experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations.
To support the development of the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan, this pre-recorded webinar put on by HUD on November 17, 2021, reviews the requirements for the consultation process, the development of the needs assessment, gaps analysis, priority needs, and HOME-ARP activities, and the public participation process.
This webinar is part of a larger webinar series made available by HUD's Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) to assist communities in planning their allocation of HOME-ARP funding. View all webinars in the HOME-ARP Webinar Series.
