The Department of Housing and Urban Development published guidance in July 2021 about Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data collection strategies that communities can implement to incorporate referrals for, and placements into, Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHVs) through the community's Coordinated Entry System (CES).
