Federal Resources for Addressing Behavioral Health Needs of People Experiencing or at Risk of Homelessness
This USICH guidance provides high-level information about federal funding, technical assistance, policy and regulatory flexibilities, and other resources available to support the delivery and financing of behavioral health (defined as mental health, substance use, or co-occurring mental health and substance use) services for people experiencing homelessness. This guidance also provides a brief overview of evidence-based interventions for addressing the full range of mental health and substance use needs of people experiencing homelessness.
