Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant

The Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant (SAPTBG) is a formula block grant to states to provide substance abuse treatment and prevention services to individuals in need. TA is available to state grantees for implementing their programs. Non-grantees can access TA through the state entity that administers the program.
