The National Center for Homeless Education (NCHE) provides information and technical assistance to ensure that children and youth experiencing homelessness are provided rights and services guaranteed by the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, Title X, Part C of ESEA. NCHE's services include dissemination of awareness materials, development of publications and handbooks, on site trainings and webinars, a phone and email Helpline, and data summaries.

Eligible Applicants
State coordinators for homeless education, local homeless liaisons, educational administrators, shelter and service providers, parents and students experiencing homelessness (those needing assistance may contact NCHE; they do not need to apply for services).
